Your Club Shop - Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Your Club Shop! By purchasing from this website, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Orders & Customization
    1. All products are custom-made and final sale, unless the item is defective or an embellishment error is made by Your Club Shop.
    2. Ensure all order details are correct, including item name(s), color(s), size(s), and quantity, as well as logo choice(s) and personalization details. We are not responsible for errors in submitted orders or designs.
    3. Order Modifications - We understand that mistakes happen and will do our best to accommodate order modifications. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Modifications will be approved if production has not yet started. Once an order is in production, we cannot guarantee changes, but we will assist however we can. Depending on the type of update, order order modifications may require additional fees, such as restocking fees, additional processing fees, etc. Order modifications may also delay the production time. Production and shipping time will be based on the confirmation date of the approved order modification and once any required payments are completed, if applicable.
  2. Pricing & Payment
    1. Prices are subject to change without notice.
    2. Sales tax will be applied where applicable and is calculated at checkout.
    3. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes for international orders, unless duties or import taxes are included in the order payment and explicitly stated in the order confirmation.
    4. Full payment is required at checkout, unless your club is set up for member billing. For clubs paying via member billing, the order may not be processed without full member details, including full member name, member number, phone number, email address, and shipping address.
  3. Lead Times - Production, Shipping, & Delivery
    1. Shipping times vary based on the brand(s) and/or vendor(s) producing and shipping the item(s). Most items are shipped 2 - 5 weeks after order confirmation. Certain items may take longer, such as needlepoint items and custom slippers and shoes. Orders with modifications or changes will be based on the date the modification is confirmed with the updated order confirmation date. Altered orders may ship  2 - 5 weeks after the updated order confirmation date, depending on the type of update.
    2. Selecting and paying for "expedited shipping" will increase your order processing speed by 1 - 2 weeks. This is to expedited the processing time during embellishment to "skip the queue," but the package may still arrive via standard shipping methods (e.g. "UPS Ground" or "USPS Ground"). Packages may be shipped with priority shipping (e.g. "UPS 2nd Day Air" or "USPS Priority" mail) but this is not always the case.
    3. We are not responsible for delays in shipping or lost packages as a result of incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
    4. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, carrier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances. Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
  4. Returns & Refunds
    1. All products are custom-made and treated as final sale.
    2. No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the item is defective or the embellishment is not completed as ordered. For an incorrect or defective order to be accepted for a replacement, customers must report any issues and share photos for confirmation within 7 days of delivery. Issues and photos can be sent to [email protected].
    3. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started.
  5. Intellectual Property
    1. You must have the right to use any designs or logos you submit. Your Club Shop holds no liability for designs or logos created when submitted by customers.
    2. By submitting a design, logo, or other artwork, you confirm that you have the legal right to use it. Your Club Shop is not responsible for verifying ownership or usage rights and holds no liability for any claims, disputes, or legal actions arising from the use of submitted designs. The customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring that their submission does not infringe on any trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights.
    3. Your Club Shop designs and branding cannot be used without permission.
    4. Your Club's designs and branding cannot be used without written permission by the Club. Please contact your Club to request permission.
  6. Limitation of Liability
    1. Your Club Shop is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to a customer's use of our products, packaging, or website.
    2. Your Club Shop's liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
  7. Governing Law
    1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
  8. Updates
    1. We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
